JEWELLERY CARE

Here at Cicee we put a lot of effort into our jewellery so to help you to keep your pieces looking as good as when we made them please keep them away from water and other liquids that might tarnish the materials, including perfume. Remove your jewellery when washing or cleaning.

MATERIALS

Most of my pieces are made with silver. Where possible I use recycled sterling silver. All chains, findings and stud posts are sterling silver as I haven't yet found a source of these in recycled sterling silver.

Where pieces are made in solid gold 9ct recycled gold is used.

For the woven bead bracelets, the beads used are miyuiki beads. These are uniform, glass beads from Japan. The uniform shape gives a lovely neat finish on the bracelet. The findings on these are made with plated metals. Where plated metals are used we make sure to wear-test all our materials before they go on sale to check for wearability and wear and tear.

Sometimes, however, something might slip through the gap. Please let us know if there is something you are not happy with and we will do are best to put it right.

UK RING SIZE CHART

One of the most accurate way to find your ring size, if you can't get to a professional jeweller, is to find a ring that fits the finger you want to size and measure the inside gap across the middle.

Use the chart below to convert this measurement into your ring size.

I now also sell reusable ring sizers. The cost £1.50 but with every purchase I send out a unique code that will discount cost of the ring sizer off any ring purchase from me. Click here to view.

When it comes to ring orders, they are made to size supplied at checkout. It is your responsibility to make sure the size is correct. If you do require a resize a small cost will be required. Unfortunately we can not resize stone set rings. If you have any questions please drop me a line.

Hallmarking

As the majority of my pieces are under the required legal weight for hallmarking, I don't send them off for hallmarking. However, if you would like anything hallmarked please ask. There are certain pieces I make in silver that if they are made in gold will need hallmarking so this will be reflected in the price.
